2008 shifter in 2002 truck and more conversion pictures

Added some more finishing touches to the auto-to-manual-conversion:
My truck is now sporting a 2008 shift lever and shifter boot along with a 2008 carpet for manual transmission:

Changing shift lever to 2008: the retainer housing for the lower lever is different between the 7.3l powerstrokes and the 6.4l; I used all parts of the 2008 but the retainer housing. I re-used the one I had for the 2002 installation. Works like a charm.
The 2002 (on the transmission) and the 2008 (on the white tunnel) retainer housing side by side.
